After approval, we will invite you to submit your retainer. At this time, a signed retainer agreement will be completed, officially reserving your place within the upcoming litter. This agreement secures your puppy and confirms that one will be held specifically for you once the selection process begins.Choosing Your Puppy
When the puppies have reached the appropriate age for evaluation, families will be given the opportunity to select their puppy in the order of reservation. We are here to provide guidance during this exciting stage, helping you find the best match for your lifestyle, family, and long-term goals.Final Contract & Health Guarantee
Once your puppy is chosen, we will finalize everything with a detailed purchase contract. This contract not only establishes ownership but also outlines our 26-month health guarantee, which protects against genetic and hereditary conditions. This guarantee is designed to provide you with confidence, transparency, and peace of mind as you welcome your new Labrador into your home.
A $300 non-refundable retainer will reserve your place on our puppy waiting list. The retainer goes toward the purchase price. The pick is determined by the date the retainer is received. Those that pass on a puppy when we have one available may forfeit their retainer or their place on the waiting list may change. Price subject to change when passing on a puppy.
